Registrations
for MacTraining's classes can be completed by phone, at 414.258.1646,
by
email, or by
downloading
our registration form,
completing it, and faxing it to 414.258.7116.
Be sure to include
the name of the person registering the class participant, the name of
the participant, company name, address, city, state, zip, phone and fax
numbers with area codes, email address of participant, and method of payment. We take checks and cash.
Upon receipt of
your registration a confirmation will be sent via fax or email. An invoice for the class may be emailed as well. Please read and
sign the confirmation, and fax it to MacTraining at 414.258.7116.
Unless other arrangements
are made with MacTraining Enterprises, payment in full should be received
prior to the first day of the class. Checks are to be made payable to
Technical Support Services, Inc., and mailed to 8311 West Bluemound Road,
Milwaukee, WI, 53213. We take checks and cash. Don't mail cash!
Dress Code: Business
casual. Other class considerations: Please be sensitive to our staff and
other students. We request that good hygiene is practiced and that students
limit their use of colognes, aftershaves, perfumes, and other scents.
It's a small world. You may be being interviewed!
Important:
Cancelations must be done in writing, and mailed to MacTraining, 8311
W. Bluemound, Milwaukee WI 53214. Faxing a written confirmation is acceptable:
fax to 414.258.7116. The training center is at 116th and Trecker Way.
Email is not dependable.
Do not email cancelations. Did we say that Email is not dependable??
Cancelations or
rescheduling on the day of the class, and no-shows will be charged 100%
of the class fee. Cancelations received in writing - fax is acceptable
- less than 5 working days before the class will be assessed a 50% service
charge. Classes canceled between 5-20 working days before the scheduled
session will be assessed a 15% service charge. Personnel substitution
or class recheduling is always welcome, however special pricing is not
applicable to rescheduled classes.
